Pets enough to keep a long time, living habits will be closer to humans. But the dog is a dog, not like people eat three meals a day at regular intervals, the so-called Pomeranian feeding time must pay attention to. If the feeding time and frequency is not properly controlled, it is not conducive to the healthy growth of the dog.
Pomeranians are fed at different times and in different ways at different ages, so parents need to adopt different feeding methods according to the stage.

Puppy feeding time
Feeding a young Pomeranian should be as small and frequent as possible. The smaller the dog the more often it should be fed each day, for example, a newly weaned puppy may need to be fed 5 or 6 times a day, so the puppy will need to be fed every 4 hours or so.
And as your dog slowly grows up and its eating habits slowly change, it won’t need to be fed as frequently on a daily basis.

Adult Dog Feeding Time
Usually, when your Pomeranian reaches adulthood, 1-2 regular feedings per day are sufficient.
If parents give their dogs only one meal a day, this meal can be scheduled around 8 a.m. or 7 p.m. Of course, the portion of food for each feeding should be large enough to meet the needs of the dog’s body.
If you give your Pomeranian two meals a day, you can feed it once in the morning and once in the evening. The first meal can be at 7-8 am and the other meal can be chosen to be fed at around 7-8 pm.

Of course, if your dog eats two meals a day, then the portion of food for each meal will have to be reduced a bit, simply by splitting the day’s food into two feedings.
In the Pomeranian puppy period, because the dog is growing body, at the same time on the nutritional needs of the big, so feed to adhere to the principle of small amount of multiple times. When the dog grows up you can feed 1-2 times a day, feeding on time, so that the dog develops good eating habits.
